All registration fees are collected to secure participation and cover program arrangements, resources and administrative costs. By completing registration, participants agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refunds are strictly limited and may only be issued under the following conditions:

• If the event is cancelled by Global Business Symposium (GBS)
• If a duplicate payment is made due to a verified technical error
• If a refund is approved in writing by the organizing committee in exceptional cases

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

• Change of personal plans or decision not to attend
• Travel, visa, or personal scheduling issues
• Failure to participate after confirmation
• Partial attendance or withdrawal during the program

In the unlikely event of cancellation by GBS, participants will be offered either a full refund or an alternative program credit, as communicated officially.

All refund requests must be submitted via official email with proof of payment and registration details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking procedures.

GBS shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, alternative solutions or credits may be offered where applicable.
